There was rumors that she was making another show even before she left or well they let her go off Gilmore Girls but apprently she has a new pilot
It’s a half-hour pilot about two estranged sisters who end their estrangement when one agrees to carry the other’s baby.

I hope it's good sounds like it could go ether way but the description of gilmore girls doesn't sound great ether so you never know
