When is my best films of the year list coming

ok so unlike real film critics I have to pay and see all the movies I need to see to make this list making it alot harder for me see towards the end of the year but i think this will happen soon here are the list of stuff i need to see but havn't.

Children of men
Pan labrithyh
the good german
bubble
atl
Inland Empire (this is the movie I've heard is fucking crazy good and i am really excited )
United 93
The Proposition
Casino Royale
Volver
Blood Diamond

well maybe not all but most I think blood diamound isn't as important but whatever. i also made another list of movies i just don't wanna see. but every seems to like and why

the clint eastwood war movies - ok I know there supposed to be good but I'm really sick about seeing really long war movies about the war and hearing how great they are. I'mn sure i'll get around to it.

Babel - someone told me this is this years crash if that's so then i'll wait on this one

little children - i don't think it's playing anywhere so this is more cause i won't be able to.

the queen - heard it was like a tv movie but i might see it i don't knwo not that intrested

but yeah it will come out soon.

also this is really coo and i havn't watch it but charlie rose did an interview with
Guillermo Del Toro, Alfonso Cuaron and Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu. all together and in the same room. pretty coo Charlie rose can do some good film interviews but anyway aint it cool news has it up RIGHT HERE

it's long and if you watch you tube it'll work.

Jay-z's kingdom come not his best but not his worst

Since i began listening to Jay-z I've come to understand that he has classics like resoniable doubt, the blueprint. but then most of the time he has a couple of good songs and the rest you skip. which works out well for me cause i have an ipod and can make a playlist without all the bullshit.
The worst part defently show me what u got. it really just doesn't work and doesn't really flow with the rest of the album. also 30 something. which all though is produced by Dr. Dre is such a paint by numbers Dr.Dre song I swear 50 cent has allready done it. Then Minority Report with Neyo is kinda lame too.
oh yeah and where the fuck is the Timbaland song when i was told about a new jay-z album i heard Timbaland had said he was gonna work on this what the fuck is with that. I saw jay-z and Timbaland work on something on timbaland's diary on mtv. i guess it goes on timbaland's album.
Now the good parts. everything else is good but here's the best parts. Do you wanna Ride makes you wonder what jay-z was doing with r.kelly in the first place and how well him and John legend sound together with a kanye west best. John Legend sings his chrous part with the sincerity that makes other rn b singers look silly.
Anything is probably the craziest collbration just on paper. with guests Pharell and Usher. But it actually works. it's really crazy with some jamican steel drums and voice sampling the first time i was a little over whemled by it espically the chrous with both Pharrell and Usher singing.
Trouble a Dr. Dre produced track is his best on the whole album with a harsh best that is kinda scary
Then the big big suprise is the chirs martin and some other guy i assume is in coldplay do the albums final song Beachchair. that is so different from everything else in rap right now. It's defently the best song on the whole album and it's fucking bonkers how crazy good it is.
The star of this album really idn't Jay-z it's Dr.Dre who mixed the entry album. And the mix is the best mix I've heard in a long time espically for a rap album. it's a deep mix that gives all the beats a feel that is beautiful. in fact if you're into listening to a record for the mix alone this is an album for you.
Also a bonus is hearing what would happen if Dr. Dre mixed a neptunes song and kanye west and just blaze. they all sound different because of it and in way that works so well that they should just have him do everything.
But remember Dre is the guy who brought the ganagsta rap sound to top 40.
oooooo yeah but no timbaland song mixed by Dr. Dre good job guys i really needed show me what you got. jeez what the fuck

oh yeah and beyonce did a song with him or something

Dreamgirls

so if you know me your probably what took you so fucking long to write this one. I saw it on wendesday. Probably one of the best musicals I've seen in a while. I liked defently more the chicago. In fact the directing and music was alot more fun the chicago too. Anyway yeah really awesome.
I guess alot of people thought this was Beyonce's movie well then you most likely havn't seen it. Cause frankly Jennifer Hudson owns Dreamgirls. When she wasn't on screen I wanted her back. She knows how to act and not just like have presence (which she has a shit load of) but what she'll do with a look or her hands or anything. she is her character. the scene that without a doubt is her big holy fuck scene is when she does And I am telling you I'm not going. She is so good when i hear that song i get chills. I can't wait to see what she does next.
Eddie Murphy is also probably the best he's been since um a well ok remember when he was really good. no not nutty professor. trading places and stuff. Yeah he makes up for it here.
Beyonce is really good and is a prefect pick for the part. This is without a doubt her best part. I don't question that at all but I feel like she could have done better. When you have Jennifer Hudson right next to her and Eddie Murphy and Jamie Foxx owning everything I didn't feel she was up to them but maybe she'll get that level eventually.
The bottom line with this film is it's a big studio hollywood musical. It's not an art movie. It's a mainstream movie. It does it's job very very well as a mainstream movie probably the best of the year. not saying the best movie though.

Also can you read into the fact that Beyonce plays a character who winds up in a controling relationship with a man who started his own record label. cough Jay-z cough.

not saying it's true just saying it works really well

I saw Saturday night live and it was ok at best

I think Saturday Night Live has been one of the funniest shows at times but this recent millenium it's just been ok. Tina Fey is not a good head writer and if you doubt me try and watch 30 rock cause I sure as hell can't. When she left And Seth Meyers stepped in I thought he would be really good but i mean it's better but not that much better. The digital shorts are the best thing the show has going for it.
The thign the is the saddest about snl is I've seen most of them do improv at the upright citizens bridgade theater and there all really funny. hillarious even. when they just improv. I think the big problem is snl is to concered with doing sketchs that are about something that happened that week. I guess being current works for the daily show and the colbert report but snl doesn't need to be that. What classic snl did well was just funny and you could watch it ten years later and it was still funny. I hope everyone who works on snl now buys the first season box set and watchs every single episode and learn that you don't have to make constant bush is dumb jokes (seriously it's beyond old now)and pop culter reffernces that happened that week are not nessary.

just be funny seriously thats all ever woundered why people like chapelle show so much.

Award bullshit

so like every year i get mad at the grammies and the golden globes for just forgetting about various films but this year i see films that are really wounderful just forgotten completly.

First Brick. A small little art house movie that I think was the best film of the whole year and thought no matter what it would get at least a best first feature from the indepent sprit awards well apprently not. But they did nominate major studio finaced films like Prairie Home Companion and thank you for smoking. But i guess now all you have to do is simply play at an art house to be considered.

Now the biggest snub belongs to Timbaland for Producer of the year he probably had some of the biggest hits of the year and brought back nelly furtado and made it all sound really good, intresting, and experimental. but no producer of the year. all Though Rick Rubin got a nomination as well as Danger Mouse. What the fuck is Will I am doing there. I do like his song on the new Game album but he made Fergalious and london bridge and all the other Fergie songs. Great job grammies but I guess if I have U2 album of the year for there last album i would think stupid crap like this too.

Baltimore's dirty

The other day I released I know like nothing about Baltimore club music and being from Baltimore. I figured I should so I looked it up and Baltimore rap has alot to with telling people your from the gutter and how tough you are.
My friends told me that that's the image baltimore kids have. as being tough and dirty.
Also most bands from Baltimore same thing. Even the wire and homicide are gritter and tougher then most shows.
Also most baltimore rap they do not like people from DC cause there hipsters and clean. Yeah i guess that's pretty much like never gonna change Baltimore doesn't like DC. I don't think we ever have

a very sad protest

yesterday the movie world trade center came out on dvd. I was working yesterday and i saw outside our lone protester. He had a bull horn and a sign that said on one side Hollywood can-not profit from 9/11 (i'm spelling it how he had it) and on the other side something else that sounded dumb but said something about how the money should go to the families. Now I understand we were selling the dvd.
But Paramount released the film and there own by Viacom who have offices in times square. So the real question is why not go there. I get your point but I don't think anyone agreed with it. the few who bought the dvd lived near ground zero and actually said they were ok with it not going to charity cause nobody involved with the film ever said they were going to.
I guess making fun on this guy would be pointless cause nobody took him seriously and his sing which he put against a poll outside kept getting knocked down by the wind. Also i think out of all the people who need money the 9/11 families are pretty good and there greater causes.

Also make a better sign like i don't something catchy or with a rythme or something like seriously

I guess i just don't get it maybe

If you critise any rapper who does any drug and you own or incredibly enjoy any of the beatles stuff from there late period

SHUT THE FUCK UP

Paul McCartney did interviews about how he took acid. And that was the main part of the interview.
Also if you really had no clue they did drugs or calm the music has nothing to do with it explain the following songs. Strawberry fields forever, Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, Revolution number 9, and lets see i don't everything from about rubeer soul to the end. also if you like the movie yellow submarine.

I once saw Carson Daily talk about this when he verbally bitchslapped Bill O Reily. Bill claimed that all rappers talk about is smoking weed and how good it is and stuff. then he said the beatles were a nice safe band for the whole family. Then Crason daily said "the beatles were the most druged out band in history"

Very true it is EXTREMLY infact i would say INCREDIBLY well documented that Dylan introduced them to weed and Lennon did Herion . what you think cold turkey was about.

So um I'm gonna say if you do shit like that there is a little bit of racism in there. Cause you are saying that white people doing drugs is ok but rappers are bad. Also most bands do and sing about it.

WJZ is really dumb

From the people who brought the news story about the egg being cooked on the drive away when it was really hot outside and when there constant ignoring of the crack problem various other important social issues in Baltimore comes this true story I copyed from imdb

"The news staff at a Baltimore TV station was left with egg on its collective face when the station broadcast -- at least twice on Monday -- a report that Michael Richards had appeared in blackface at a celebrity roast for Whoopi Goldberg over the weekend. The staff of WJZ-TV, a CBS affiliate, had picked up the report from DatelineHollywood.com, apparently unaware that all of its reports are intended to be satirical. The Baltimore Sun reported that the story about Richards, who was propelled into the news when he shouted racial epithets at patrons at a West Hollywood comedy club last month, was presented "in breaking news style" by the program's news anchor, Sally Thorner. The DatelineHollywood story also reported that Richards "took out a bottle of Aunt Jemima syrup and poured it over Whoopi's head," and then began singing "Mammy." News director Gail Bending told the Sun that the report "should not have aired" and that the station would broadcast a correction. In 1993 Goldberg caused an uproar at a Friars' Club roast when she wrote a routine for her then-boyfriend Ted Danson that he delivered in blackface."

All I can say is wow

wow

Say Smack that Right

So this is werid and kinda strange i guess. But i have a playlist and the first song is Say it Right by Nelly Furtado and the second Smack that by Akon and eminem. Well I've noticed that the beat is the same tempo. and they flow extremly well into each other. I'm considering doing like that mash up thing but i don't.

it is werid though

do we really need a best of

so two best of compliations came out recently and both suck balls.

First the Beatles LOVE, since the living member of the beatles realised that people over the age of forty will simply buy anything with there name on it. they thought that hey wouldn't it be coo to have George Martin and his completely untalented Coldplay producing son ( seriously name me a Coldplay song that has it's levels different from one another you can't cause he set the levels for the first album and hasn't moved them since, he came in and said nobody touch these ok recored the album) remix a bunch of beatles songs for some circ de soule show that most of us will never ever see. so the point of having a soundtrack to this show is kind of dumb anyway.
But that of course didn't stop them. So they took basically the best songs ever recorded and messed with the mix which yeah great idea. they weren't like good the way they are at all. I've heard them say they didn't wanna just remix them for some special sound system but really i think it would have sounded fine if they had. none of the tracks are even intresting and are completly boring past a second listen.
I think both Jay-z and the beatles have tryed to make there own grey albums and both have failed pretty miserably. mostly cause they didn't do it Danger Mouse did. So basically it sucks

Then the U2 best of is for anyone who doesn't really like U2 but really thinks therre new stuff is amazing. yeah well that's nice i guess. One thing this best of does show you on it's two exclusive songs both produced by Rick Rubin. that the band is so far gone into being some crap band that wins awards that nobody will remember in 10 years that they forgot how to be good. Even Rick Rubin who by the way made a good Neil Diamond album a year ago couldn't make there new songs intresting. The best of jumps around alot also and you go from acthung baby to new bland stuff back to joshua tree. U2 would be a perfect band for a career retorspective disc like The Beatles 1. Because there sound evolves and changes with each album. This would have been nice to hear but I guess that's not intresting for them to do or they just want to put out there 4th best of singles album in 2010, which will be a good one then five years later they'll remix everything for some show in vegas that i'll never see
